Hannah's wedding portrait was easily the most unique and personal gift we received. She captured every detail of the photo it was based on, we looked exactly like ourselves. She also added her own flair and style by amping up the colours. It's like having an illustration of us from a beautiful, old storybook - we couldn't be happier. Additionally, the timelapse video of the portrait set to our wedding song was a lovely surprise extra - amazing to watch and see how she puts everything together. We asked Jacob to do a live wedding painting for our wedding and the whole process was brilliant! Before we booked him he sat with us for a coffee to show us his style and to get to know what we were looking for in the painting. A few days before the actual day he took himself down to the venue to colour match so he could make sure the painting would be uniquely recognisable as the venue and ourselves (which it very much is). On the day Jacob was brilliant, arriving promptly meant we didn't have to worry about anything, he worked with the photographer to get pictures to paint from and then he got to work with the painting itself. Our guests loved chatting with him while he worked and you can almost see the conversations in the finished piece! Overall our guests (and ourselves) loved the idea of a live painting and the finished work is amongst our most treasured possessions.
