We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on AI-generated or AI-enhanced artwork. Every artist is vetted before going live, and we require verified process imagery, behind-the-scenes photographs, and lifestyle proof of real weddings before any listing is approved. If an image cannot be authenticated as genuinely hand-painted, it is not published.
This protects the couples who trust the platform, and it protects you. When a couple books through The Wedding Painters, they know they are booking a real artist, a real moment, and a real painting.

Requirements
A minimum of 3 portfolio images, 2 process images and a profile picture to be considered, but listings with 5 or more receive significantly more enquiries. We look for strong finished work and clear compositional confidence.
Non-negotiable for live painting and illustration listings. We require at least one image of you working on-site, painting in a studio, or a past client holding your work. This maintains the authenticity standard.
All images must be entirely hand-created. AI-generated and AI-enhanced images are strictly prohibited. Any listing found to contain them after approval will be removed.
We expect artists to reply to enquiries within 24 hours. Couples are making significant decisions, and they deserve a professional, warm response.
