Requirements
A minimum of 3 portfolio images, 2 process images and a profile picture to be considered, but listings with 5 or more receive significantly more enquiries. We look for strong finished work and clear compositional confidence.
Non-negotiable for live painting and illustration listings. We require at least one image of you working on-site, painting in a studio, or a past client holding your work. This maintains the authenticity standard.
All images must be entirely hand-created. AI-generated and AI-enhanced images are strictly prohibited. Any listing found to contain them after approval will be removed.
We expect artists to reply to enquiries within 24 hours. Couples are making significant decisions, and they deserve a professional, warm response.
