Watercolour Guest Portraits & Wedding Favours by Samantha
<p>Live illustration is a beautiful way to give your guests something they’ll genuinely want to keep, a personalised portrait created at your wedding, doubling as both <strong>premium entertainment</strong> and an <strong>unforgettable wedding favour</strong>.</p><p>On the day, guests are photographed quickly (so it takes minimal time away from celebrating), then I create custom portraits in <strong>watercolour</strong> that they can take home and frame, a treasured keepsake of your wedding day.</p><h3>So how does it work?</h3><p><strong>Step 1: Your couple portrait (created before the wedding)</strong></p><p>As part of the package, the newlyweds receive a <strong>14×10” wedding couple illustration</strong>, created prior to the wedding day — a special piece celebrating your love story. If you’d like extra personalisation (details, colours, meaningful touches that reflect you as a couple and your wedding day), this is available on request.</p><p><strong>Step 2: Live illustration at your venue (minimum 6 hours)</strong></p><p>I travel to your venue and illustrate guests throughout the day. Portraits are created from photos taken on the day to keep things smooth and quick for guests.</p><p><strong>Step 3: Guest portraits as favours</strong></p><p>Guests receive an <strong>A5 watercolour illustration</strong> to take home. The service is designed as <strong>1 illustration per couple/family</strong>, with a recommendation of <strong>no more than 4 people</strong> in a portrait if finishing on-site.</p><p><strong>Step 4: Keep it flowing (and make sure no one is missed)</strong></p><p>I’ll work through guests steadily during the booking, creating as many portraits as possible within your chosen timeframe — keeping the station calm, organised, and easy for guests to enjoy. If there are any portraits I don’t get to fully finish during the event, I’ll complete them <strong>off-site afterwards</strong> using the photos taken on the day — so no one on the list gets missed.</p><h3>What’s included</h3><ul><li><strong>Minimum 6 hours</strong> live illustration at your venue</li><li><strong>A5 watercolour guest illustrations</strong> (wedding favours guests will want to frame)</li><li>Guests photographed on the day to take minimal time</li><li><strong>1 portrait per couple/family</strong> recommended for best coverage</li><li><strong>14×10” couple illustration</strong> for the newlyweds (created before the wedding)</li><li>Watercolour designs throughout</li></ul><h3>Travel</h3><p>Based in West Yorkshire and available to travel up to <strong>3 hours</strong> (covering Yorkshire and the North of England).
