Live guest illustrations and couple/venue portrait by Katie & Annabel
<p>Every guest leaves with a piece of your wedding day illustrated just for them, in watercolour and ink, while they watch.</p><p>We're Katie and Annabel, twin sisters with a difference: Annabel loves to draw, Katie loves to paint. At your wedding, we work as a seamless pair, one engaging guests and taking reference photos, the other illustrating them live. That means more guests covered, more connection on the day, and more of that lovely chaos of everyone crowding around the display stand to find themselves.</p><p>Each A6 portrait is created on 300gsm watercolour paper, finished in a protective sleeve, and optionally dusted with confetti making every piece entirely its own.</p><p><strong><u>How it works</u></strong></p><p><strong>Step 1 — Planning</strong> Once you're booked in, we'll confirm timings with you, chat through any VIP guests or bridal party members you'd like us to prioritise, and make sure we know how we fit into the flow of your day.</p><p><strong>Step 2 — Arrival</strong> For Petal, we arrive with your guests and get straight to work. For Flutter and Blossom, we arrive as the very first guests do — so we can get sketching from the moment people walk in and make the most of every hour of the session.</p><p><strong>Step 3 — Live illustration throughout the reception</strong> One of us engages with guests and takes quick reference photos so nobody has to queue or stand around; the other is already drawing. Working to an average of two guests per illustration, we get through as many guests as we can across the session.</p><p><strong>Step 4 — Display stand and collection</strong> As illustrations are finished, we display them on our stand for everyone to browse — finding themselves and their friends tends to become entertainment in itself. At the close of the session, guests take their portrait home as a keepsake of the day.</p><p><strong>Step 5 — Luxe portrait (Flutter & Blossom only)</strong> After the wedding, our mum — a professional portrait artist — completes a detailed A4 portrait of the couple or venue and we send it on to you. A considered, carefully finished piece to sit alongside the memories of the day.</p><p><strong><u>Packages</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Petal — from £400</strong> Live illustrations covering 25–30 guests <em>Best for: smaller, intimate weddings, or couples who want live illustration as a focused guest experience rather than full coverage.</em></li><li><strong>Flutter — from £700</strong> Live illustrations covering 40–50 guests, plus an A4 luxe portrait of the couple or venue completed after the event <em>Best for: mid-sized weddings where you want broad coverage and a lasting heirloom piece to keep for yourselves.</em></li><li><strong>Blossom — from £850 </strong>Live illustrations covering 60–70 guests, plus an A4 luxe portrait completed after the event <em>Best for: larger weddings — the twin format means maximum coverage, and the studio portrait means you leave with something beyond the day itself.</em></li></ul><p>Additional portraits can be added to any package — just mention it when you enquire.</p><p><em>All packages are based on an average of two guests per illustration. Beyond that, travel is charged at £0.50 per mile. Destination events are considered where travel and accommodation are covered — just ask.</p><p>They need: a table, two chairs, and a dedicated indoor space.</p><p><strong>Turnaround</strong></p><p>The A4 luxe portrait (Flutter and Blossom) is completed after the wedding and delivered to you. Timescale will be confirmed at booking.</p>
