My specialty is color and portraiture: capturing the two of you with a warmth and vibrancy that makes the piece feel alive, not just accurate. Whether you want your ceremony captured in full or a closer, more intimate portrait of just the two of you, my goal is always the same: a timeless piece built around your connection, not just your surroundings.
How It Works
Step 1: Planning your painting
We’ll have a consultation to talk through your vision and the moment you’d like captured.
Step 2: Early arrival and pre-painting
I arrive a few hours ahead of your event to set up, take reference photos with the two of you, and begin painting before your guests arrive, capturing the atmosphere and feel of the space from the start.
Step 3: Live painting through your reception
I continue painting live throughout your reception, working toward completing the piece by the end of the night.
Step 4: Studio finish and delivery
After the wedding, I spend dedicated time in my studio bringing your painting to its full richness, then it’s shipped to your home.
Choosing your package
Every package is an oil painting built around the two of you, painted live and finished in my studio. As you move up, the canvas grows and I spend more time on it, both on the day and in the studio.
Bronze is an intimate, couple-focused piece: just the two of you, painted with warmth and rich color.
Silver opens up to a fuller scene, with more of your venue and its atmosphere captured alongside you, while the two of you stay at its heart.
Gold is my statement piece, with the largest canvas and the most time on the day and in the studio. It’s a painting that commands a room and becomes the centerpiece of your home for generations.

My venue (Christmas House Inn) recommended him. He was the sweetest/kindest person, very professional, and did amazing work. ALL of my guest said how amazing he was and that they've never seen anything like it. I love how the painting turned out and it is a lifelong memory. If you're looking for something unique at your wedding with a product you can have forever, don't miss the opportunity to book him.
Ryan is such an amazing person. When our initial wedding painter fell through a month before our wedding, he was so kind and thoughtful with helping set up our vision for our ceremony. I will never be able to express how much gratitude I have for him honoring my husband, and I's first kiss and including my wonderful dog who had passed away just shortly before our wedding. What should I do if my artist asks me to pay them directly (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)?
TheWeddingPainters is a booking platform – we help you and your artist keep the booking and payments clearly recorded. If payments happen privately, they won't appear in our system and it may limit how much we can assist if anything needs to be checked later.
If you ever feel unsure or pressured, please contact us and we'll take a look.
Will I lose any protection if I pay outside TheWeddingPainters?
If you pay your artist directly (for example by separate bank transfer, PayPal or cash), those payments won't show in your TheWeddingPainters booking record.
That means:
- We can't see what was paid, when, or on what terms
- It can be harder for us to help if there's a disagreement about what was included, what's still owed, or whether a refund is due
For that reason, we strongly recommend keeping all payments for your booking within TheWeddingPainters, where we process payments on your artist's behalf and keep a clear record for both of you.
