Every booking is carefully planned in advance to ensure I can dedicate the time and attention needed to create your artwork. The following cancellation and payment terms apply to all bookings. Cancellation by the Couple If you need to cancel your booking, please notify me as soon as possible in writing. The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers the time spent preparing for your booking. If you cancel more than 14 days before your wedding, any remaining balance that has already been paid will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of your wedding, the remaining balance will normally be non-refundable due to the significant preparation and commitment required to fulfil the booking. Changing Your Wedding Date If your wedding date needs to change, I will always do my best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Where I am able to transfer your booking to a new available date, your deposit and any payments already made will be transferred to the new date. If I am unable to accommodate the new date, this will be treated as a cancellation and the cancellation terms above will apply. Cancellation by The Artist In the unlikely event that I need to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond my reasonable control, I will provide a full refund of payments made for the booking. Artwork After the Wedding Following your wedding, your painting will be returned to my studio for final finishing touches. Once the artwork has been completed, it will be carefully wrapped, packaged and sent to you via tracked and signed delivery. Exceptional Circumstances I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you experience exceptional circumstances that affect your booking, please contact me as soon as possible so we can discuss the situation and consider what options may be available. By booking, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these payment and cancellation terms.
