Romantic, Storytelling Live Wedding Painting by Krystyna

Live wedding painting is more than a portrait — it's a storytelling experience happening in real time, and an investment that only grows more meaningful with every year it hangs on your wall.

My background is in architecture, and it shapes everything I paint — a careful, structural eye for composition paired with heartfelt emotional detail. While your photographer documents the day, I create a one-of-a-kind artwork that preserves the feeling of it, and becomes a genuine piece of entertainment for your guests throughout the celebration.

You'll watch the scene build from the first brushstrokes to the final reveal — a piece you'll treasure long after the music ends.

How it works

Step 1 — Your consultation (around a month before)

We'll have a relaxed phone consultation to choose the moment you'd love captured — ceremony, first dance, entrance, reception portrait, or anything else meaningful to you — and plan the style, colours, and composition together.

Step 2 — Arrival and set-up

I arrive 2–3 hours before your chosen moment to set up, sketch the scene, and begin painting the background, so everything is ready when the moment itself arrives.

Step 3 — Live painting during your celebration

I paint for around six hours on site, building the couple, the atmosphere, and the venue details while guests stop by to watch and chat throughout.

Step 4 — The grand reveal

Whichever package you choose, your day finishes with a celebratory grand reveal — on stage or in a spot of your choosing — so you can see your day captured on canvas together.

Step 5 — After your day

For Bronze, the painting is complete by the end of the night and handed to a trusted family member or friend to keep safe until you're home. For Silver and Platinum, I take the canvas back to my studio to refine the detail further, then deliver the fully finished piece to you within the following weeks.

Best for: couples who want extra depth and detail, with room to include up to 3 additional loved ones in the scene — delivered as a fully refined piece a few weeks after the wedding.

Platinum — live painting + 6 days studio refinement

50 × 40cm — £2,499 (2026) / £2,699 (2027)

60 × 50cm — £2,899 (2026) / £2,999 (2027)

80 × 60cm — £3,299 (2026) / £3,499 (2027)

Best for: couples who want the richest level of detail and the most complete keepsake — up to 6 additional loved ones included, with the longest studio refinement time for a true gallery-level finish.

Travel is charged by mileage band from RM11, London:

• 16–50 miles: £75
• 51–100 miles: £99

• Overnight accommodation may be added for commutes over 120 miles (as discussed).
