Working in acrylic, I bring both precision and vibrancy to every piece. Your guests will love watching the painting come to life throughout your celebration, and you’ll take home a piece of fine art made to grow in meaning for generations.
How It Works
Step 1: Your consultation
Before the day, we’ll talk through your vision and the moment you’d like captured, whether that’s your first look, your first kiss, your first dance or something else entirely. If you’re not sure, I’ll help you choose.
Step 2: Setting up
I arrive ahead of your chosen moment to set up, so I’m ready the instant it happens.
Step 3: Painting live
I paint from direct observation for 6–8 hours as your day unfolds, capturing your moment in real time while your guests watch it come to life.
Step 4: The evening reveal
Later in the evening, I reveal your painting, with no posing and no pausing your celebration.
Step 5: Studio finishing and delivery
After your wedding, I bring every detail to completion in my studio, finish it with a professional varnish, and send it to your home by tracked delivery.

Both packages are painted live in acrylic and finished in my studio. The difference is how much of your day the canvas holds.
Intimate Portrait is just the two of you, captured with realism and emotional detail: a close, personal piece where every expression counts.
Timeless Scene opens up to the fuller story of your day, with your guests, your venue and the atmosphere captured alongside you, on a large canvas made to be the centerpiece of your home.
All packages include:

Cancellation & Refund Policy▼
A minimum 25% deposit is required to secure your date and is non-refundable. If your wedding is cancelled, any remaining balance paid will be refunded according to how much notice is given before your event date. If your wedding is postponed rather than cancelled, we're happy to work with you to move your painting to the new date, subject to availability.
If flights have already been booked for your event, the cost of those flights will be deducted from any deposit refund.

If you pay your artist privately, by bank transfer or PayPal, outside our system, we lose visibility of that payment and our ability to help. That matters most in the moment you'd need us: if there's a dispute, or your artist doesn't turn up on the day.
Keeping everything on-platform is what lets us actually protect your wedding day, not just process it.
What should I do if my artist asks me to pay them directly (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)?
TheWeddingPainters is a booking platform – we help you and your artist keep the booking and payments clearly recorded. If payments happen privately, they won't appear in our system and it may limit how much we can assist if anything needs to be checked later.
If you ever feel unsure or pressured, please contact us and we'll take a look.
Will I lose any protection if I pay outside TheWeddingPainters?
If you pay your artist directly (for example by separate bank transfer, PayPal or cash), those payments won't show in your TheWeddingPainters booking record.
That means:
- We can't see what was paid, when, or on what terms
- It can be harder for us to help if there's a disagreement about what was included, what's still owed, or whether a refund is due
For that reason, we strongly recommend keeping all payments for your booking within TheWeddingPainters, where we process payments on your artist's behalf and keep a clear record for both of you.
