I don’t paint your wedding as it looked. I paint it as it felt: the light, the movement, the emotion, the atmosphere of the room. Working in oil on canvas, I capture your chosen moment, whether that’s your ceremony, your first dance or a romantic portrait, as a work of fine art made to hang in your home for generations.

The experience itself becomes part of your celebration. Your guests gather to watch the painting take shape throughout the day, and what begins as a blank canvas ends the evening as a work of art.

How does it work?

Step 1: The consultation

Every painting begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your vision for the piece, which moment you’d like captured, the style and composition that suits you, and how the painting will fit into the flow of your day. This is also where we agree on the practical details: sizing, framing, delivery and timing.

Step 2: The day itself

I arrive ahead of your chosen moment to set up discreetly and begin working. Throughout your wedding, I paint live, building the composition in real time and responding to the light, the atmosphere and the emotion as they unfold around me. Your guests are invited to watch, and the painting becomes a quiet focal point of your celebration.

Step 3: Studio refinement

After the wedding, your painting returns to my studio for finishing. Every detail is considered (light, depth, texture) until the piece meets my own exacting standards. The result isn’t simply a memory of your day, but a work of fine art in its own right.

Step 4: Delivery

Your finished painting arrives signed and varnished, and professionally framed if you’ve chosen framing, ready to hang. Worldwide shipping is available.

Both packages are original oil paintings, begun live at your wedding and refined in my studio until every detail of light, depth and texture is right. The difference is how much of your day the canvas holds.

Laureate is an intimate, couple-focused piece: just the two of you, with a softer, simplified interpretation of your setting so that all the feeling sits with you.

Gallery gives your venue and setting more room alongside you. It’s a fuller composition that holds more of the day as it felt.
