I’m thrilled to offer a truly unique live wedding painting experience by creating a one-of-a-kind artwork on your wedding day that captures the joy, emotion, and atmosphere of your celebration on paper or canvas.

My approach starts with collaboration. Before your wedding, we’ll plan the setting, medium, style, and the key details that will bring your dream piece to life so your painting doesn’t just look like your day, it feels like it too.

So how does it work?

Step 1: Pre-wedding consultation (your vision + plan)

We’ll have a consultation to understand what you want to capture: the moment, the mood, the colours, and any meaningful details you’d love included.

If you’d like thank-you card guest portraits, please reach out at least 2 weeks before the wedding so these can be designed in advance.

Step 2: Arrival + set-up

On the day, I arrive 1 to 3 hours before guests arrive, so I can set up smoothly and begin painting the background once your décor is in place.

Step 3: Capturing key moments + painting live

Throughout the day, I’ll take reference photographs and videos of key moments between you and your partner, then use these to create a painting that captures the genuine emotion and ambience of the day in the setting you’ve envisioned.

If you choose a studio finish package, I can create guest portraits alongside the main wedding painting during your celebration. Guests can either purchase their own portraits on the day, or you can pre-pay a set number of portraits as a gift for your guests.

While guest portraits add an extra layer of entertainment and personalisation to your wedding experience, my main focus will always remain on creating your main wedding artwork. The studio finish approach allows me the time and flexibility to refine the painting after the wedding while still capturing beautiful guest portraits throughout the day.

Step 4: The grand reveal

A memorable moment that brings your guests together to share the excitement and emotion of seeing your wedding memories transformed into artwork for the first time. Whether you choose to watch the painting develop throughout the day or keep it as a surprise, it becomes a unique experience that adds another special memory to your wedding.

Step 5: Your artwork to treasure

Depending on your chosen package, you can take your finished painting home on the day or I'll take the artwork back to my studio to complete any final touches. I'll happily incorporate any reasonable adjustments along the way. Once the painting has dried, I'll varnish it and then contact you to arrange either collection or delivery.

A painting completed and revealed on your wedding day

Best for: Couples who want a couple focused artwork with the excitement of taking home their painting on the night of their wedding 

Included:

• Choice of canvases up to 40x60 cm

The experience: This collection focuses on the couple, creating an intimate portrait with minimal background details so your expressions, connection and emotions remain the heart of the artwork. Completed live on your wedding, it’s ready to be revealed and taken home before the celebration ends.

2. The Two Moments Collection (from £1150)

Capture two meaningful moments from your wedding story

Best for: Couples who can’t choose between two special moments and would love both preserved as a matching pair.

Included:

• Two 24×30 cm canvases
• Personal consultation before the wedding
• Live painting throughout your wedding day
• Evening grand reveal
• Studio refinement after the wedding
• Final protective varnish finish
• Optional guest portraits on the same day (purchased by guests on the day or by the couple as add ons)

The experience: This collection tells your story across two artworks. Perhaps two moments chosen by each of you, a cherished family moment alongside an intimate couple portrait, or the emotion of your ceremony paired with the joy of your first dance. This collection is studio finished for refined details. Guest portraits are also available as optional add-ons on the day.

3. The Signature Collection (from £1320)

A refined artwork with optional guest portraits

Best for: Couples who want a highly detailed final painting and the option to give guests their own personalised keepsakes.

• Studio refinement after the wedding
• Final protective varnish finish
• Optional guest portraits on the same day (purchased by guests on the day or by the couple as add ons)
• Choice of 30×40 cm, 40×50 cm or 40×60 cm

The experience: Your painting begins live on the wedding day and is then carefully refined in the studio, allowing extra time to refine the artwork and capture the details that make your wedding unique. From the atmosphere of the venue and surrounding scenery to the intricate details of your attire, flowers, jewellery and meaningful elements throughout the day. 

Guest portrait illustration is available as an optional add-on alongside the main painting on the day, so your guests can take home a meaningful keepsake that captures their likeness, expression and outfit, adding an extra layer of personalisation to your celebration.

4. The Heirloom Collection (from £2260)

A statement artwork designed to become the focal point of your home

Best for: Couples who want a large-scale, heirloom-quality piece that captures the full atmosphere of the day.

• Evening grand reveal
• Extensive studio refinement after the wedding
• Final protective varnish finish
• Optional guest portraits on the same day (purchased by guests on the day or by the couple as add ons)
• Choice of 50×60 cm, 50×70 cm or larger canvases

The experience: Created as a statement heirloom artwork, the larger canvas allows for a richer composition, incorporating more of your venue, surroundings, meaningful details and the people who made your celebration unforgettable. With an extended focus on composition, detail and storytelling, your artwork is carefully refined in the studio to bring every important element to life. From your expressions and attire to the flowers, décor and unforgettable details of the day, this collection transforms your wedding memories into a timeless piece of art to cherish for generations. 

Guest portrait illustration is available as an optional add-on alongside the main painting on the day, so your guests can take home a meaningful keepsake that captures their likeness, expression and outfit, adding an extra layer of personalisation to your celebration.

Optional add-on

Complimentary time-lapse video of the painting process, edited to a song of your choice. This is a lovely keepsake that shows your artwork coming to life.

Live guest portraits alongside the main painting on the day. (Please enquire for detailed pricing)

Additional main figure at the same level of detail as the couple can be added in the painting for £90 per person. Guests can be included in the background in a looser, less detailed style at no additional cost.

Travel expenses

• Coach/train ticket costs vary depending on location
• For remote venues, transport help from the nearest accessible point may be needed

Food & drink

• A modest fee of £30–£40 may be required if complimentary food isn’t provided

Overnight accommodation (if required)

• £40–£150 per night depending on location

Set-up needs

• Two chair for paints and sketching supplies
