Live wedding guest illustrations are the perfect combination of entertainment and keepsake, guaranteed to add a touch of elegance to your wedding day and leave an unforgettable impression on your guests. I specialise in A5 stylised watercolour and fine liner illustrations, capturing the unique style and character of each of your guests. Not only do you and your guests receive a custom art piece, you will also receive an unforgettable experience capturing the atmosphere and emotions of your special day.

Alongside your guests, I also offer illustration of your pets and venue, ensuring that every detail of your special day is immortalised in an elegant and timeless keepsake which you will always treasure.

How it Works:

Step 1: Pre-Wedding Consultation

Prior to your wedding we will have a quick online (or in person if you are local) consultation, during which we will discuss your choice of package, preferred art style, and how you would like me to seamlessly integrate with your special day.

If you have any other questions or requests following the consultation, you can message me at any point leading up to the wedding day!

Step 2: Arrival and Set up

I will arrive approximately 1 hour prior to the beginning of the wedding in order to set up. An ideal location for me to be placed would be the main wedding room or reception area to ensure that all the guests can find and access me easily.

Step 3: Live Illustration and Collection

I will take some quick photos of each wedding guest and begin sketching and painting immediately, allowing the guests to freely continue to enjoy the rest of the celebrations. Close family members and the bridal party will be prioritised on the day, however you may request additional priority guests if you wish!

If you have family or friends who are unable to attend the wedding, you can submit a photo of them at least 1 week in advance of the wedding and they can be completed in advance of the day to ensure no one is left out.

Each detailed illustration takes around 15 minutes and can include up to 3 guests. Finished illustrations will be displayed on the table where guests can easily come to view them, and access them at the end of the day.

Step 4: Studio Finishes

Please keep in mind that illustrations for larger wedding parties will not all be completed on the day, instead they will be completed in the studio and shipped to you within 1-2 weeks. This also applied to any illustrations of smaller parties which aren’t finished on the day.

During this time any additional illustrations which you have requested will also be completed and shipped.

Packages:

Alongside your package options, you also have the choice of 3 different art styles for your illustrations: Standard, Faceless, and Fashion Sketch. The art style does not impact the package prices.

Small Guest Parties

• 30 or under (approx 3 - 4 hours) - £400

Parties of 30 or under will have more detailed illustrations

Standard Guest Parties

• 3 hours (~30 - 35) - £450
• 4 hours (~40 - 45) - £550
• 5 hours (~50 - 55) - £650
• 6 hours (~60 - 65) - £750

Large Guest Parties

Parties with over 70 guests will include 6 hours of live illustration, with the remaining illustrations being finished in the studio. These will be finished in 1-2 weeks and shipped to you for distribution amongst the remaining guests.

Additional Costs & Requirements:

Travel expenses

• Plane/ Train/ Coach tickets vary depending on the location
• An accommodation cost is added if travel exceeds 2 hours

• A table and chair to set up the illustration station
• Access to a power socket
• A modest fee may be applied if refreshments are not provided
