Live wedding guest illustrations are the perfect combination of entertainment and keepsake, guaranteed to add a touch of elegance to your wedding day and leave an unforgettable impression on your guests. I specialise in A5 stylised watercolour and fine liner illustrations, capturing the unique style and character of each of your guests. Not only do you and your guests receive a custom art piece, you will also receive an unforgettable experience capturing the atmosphere and emotions of your special day.
Alongside your guests, I also offer illustration of your pets and venue, ensuring that every detail of your special day is immortalised in an elegant and timeless keepsake which you will always treasure.
How It Works
Step 1 — Pre-wedding consultation
Prior to your wedding we will have a quick online (or in person if you are local) consultation, during which we will discuss your choice of package, preferred art style, and how you would like me to seamlessly integrate with your special day.
If you have any other questions or requests following the consultation, you can message me at any point leading up to the wedding day!
Step 2 — Arrival and set-up
I arrive around an hour before your wedding begins to get set up — ideally in the main wedding room or reception area, so all guests can find me easily.
Step 3 — Live illustration and collection
I take a quick photo of each guest and begin illustrating immediately, so guests can carry on enjoying the celebration while I work. Close family and the bridal party are prioritised, with additional priority guests available on request. Each illustration takes around 15 minutes and can include up to 3 guests. If any loved ones can't attend, a photo submitted at least a week in advance means they can be included too. Finished illustrations are displayed on a table for guests to view and collect throughout the day.
Step 4 — Studio finishes
For larger weddings, not every illustration can be completed on the day — remaining pieces are finished in the studio and shipped to you within 1–2 weeks, along with any additional illustrations you've requested. This also applied to any illustrations of smaller parties which aren’t finished on the day.

All packages are available in three art styles (Standard, Faceless, and Fashion Sketch) at no extra cost. You'll choose your preferred style during the pre-wedding consultation; it doesn't affect pricing.

TheWeddingPainters is a booking platform – we help you and your artist keep the booking and payments clearly recorded. If payments happen privately, they won't appear in our system and it may limit how much we can assist if anything needs to be checked later.
If you ever feel unsure or pressured, please contact us and we'll take a look.
Will I lose any protection if I pay outside TheWeddingPainters?
If you pay your artist directly (for example by separate bank transfer, PayPal or cash), those payments won't show in your TheWeddingPainters booking record.
That means:
- We can't see what was paid, when, or on what terms
- It can be harder for us to help if there's a disagreement about what was included, what's still owed, or whether a refund is due
For that reason, we strongly recommend keeping all payments for your booking within TheWeddingPainters, where we process payments on your artist's behalf and keep a clear record for both of you.
