Inclusive Live Wedding Painting by Maddy

I've been an artist for as long as I can remember, trained professionally for five years, finishing with a first-class bachelor's degree and a distinction-level master's. But what actually drew me to wedding painting was love!

Nothing makes me happier than watching two people find each other, and combining that with my art felt inevitable.

I paint live at weddings of every kind; traditional, cultural, eccentric, and everything between, bringing an inclusive eye to every couple, as a queer artist myself. I can’t wait to work with you!

How it works

Step 1 — Planning your moment

We'll agree which moment you'd like captured — first look, first kiss, first dance, or a posed portrait somewhere in the venue if you'd prefer more control over the composition.

Step 2 — Arrival and set-up

I arrive when needed and take about fifteen minutes to set up on the table you or the venue provide — I'll just need it placed somewhere in the main wedding room, so your guests know where to find me.

Step 3 — Live painting on the day

At your chosen moment, I take a quick reference photo, then continue painting. My easel can move around the venue to follow your wedding party, so I'm always exactly where you need me.

Step 4 — Guest interaction

Guests are welcome to come and watch, chat to me, and even put down a brushstroke of their own under my guidance!

Step 5 — Completion

I will take your painting home to add final touches before shipping it directly to you.

Gold — £1088

• Painting of the wedding couple, from knees up, with limited background

• Up to 5 hours of live painting

• Best for: couples who want a focused, intimate portrait without elaborate scene detail.

Diamond — £1199

• Full body painting of the couple, plus more background
• 50 × 40cm canvas
• Up to 5 hours of live painting
• Up to two additional guests or pets can be included
• Final touches completed at home, then shipped to you
• Best for: couples who want their special moment captured.

Platinum — £1399

• Full body painting of the couple, plus full high detail extended background
• 70 x 50cm canvas
• Up to 7 hours of live painting
• Up to four additional guests or pets can be included
• Painting will be finished to the highest quality at home, then shipped to you
• Best for: couples who want the complete scene captured in high detail.
