How it works

Step 1: Planning your painting (before the day)

We'll have a consultation to talk through your vision and the moment you'd like captured — your first kiss, first dance, first look, or a moment of your choosing. If you're not sure, I'll help you decide.

Step 2: On the day (setup)

I set up my easel ahead of your cocktail hour, designed to blend naturally into your day rather than stand out as just another vendor.

Step 3: Capturing your moment + painting live

I begin painting during your cocktail hour and continue through to the end of your reception, capturing your chosen moment in real time while your guests watch it come to life.

Step 4: Evening reveal

You'll see the painting revealed at the end of the night — no posing, no pausing your celebration to check in.

Step 5: Studio finish + delivery

I take the piece home for further refining, then ship it to you — typically arriving within 2 to 4 weeks once fully dry. If you'd prefer to take it home the same night, this can be arranged in advance as part of your package.
