Years after your wedding, your guests will still be pointing at that painting on your wall and saying 'that bit is mine'.
That's what a collaborative guest canvas does that nothing else can. Not a guestbook. Not a photo booth. Not a favour that ends up in a drawer. A piece of fine art that every person who loves you has physically contributed to, designed around you before the day, guided by a professional artist throughout, and finished to a standard you'll be proud to hang in your home for the rest of your life.
There's something profound about an artwork that holds the actual marks of the people who matter most. It isn't a record of the day, it's a piece of the day itself, made permanent. And because no two guest lists are the same, no two paintings ever are either.
This is the only service of its kind in the UK. After 250+ weddings and multiple awards, we've made it work beautifully as entertainment on the day, and as a lasting investment in something genuinely irreplaceable.
How it works
Step 1 — Your design consultation
Every painting starts with a one-to-one conversation with Emma. We'll explore your ideas, your colour palette, and the imagery that matters to you and Emma will put together a bespoke design proposal for you to approve before anything touches the canvas. You arrive on your wedding day knowing exactly what you're going to end up with.
Step 2 — Preparation
Before the event, Emma prepares your canvas off-site establishing the composition and setting the creative direction so the painting has a strong foundation from the moment your guests pick up a brush.
Step 3 — Set-up
We arrive an hour before the session begins and manage everything from paints, brushes, floor coverings, aprons for anyone who wants one. Your venue has nothing to worry about, and neither do you.
Step 4 — Guests paint
Throughout your chosen session; a drinks reception, an early evening slot, or split across both, guests are guided, encouraged, and supported to contribute to the canvas. Our ethos is simple: everyone can paint. Every age, every ability, every level of confidence. We make it easy, we make it joyful, and we make it memorable.
Step 5 — Finishing and delivery
Depending on your package, the painting either returns to the studio for final refinements and delivery to your door within ten weeks, or stays with you on the night with an art pack to complete at home. Either way, what you're left with is something no one else in the world has.

Artisan
The full collaborative experience without studio afterwork. The painting stays with you at the end of the night, along with an art pack to add the finishing touches yourselves at home. Best for couples who want the experience and the freedom to complete the piece in their own time.
Signature — from £900
Our most popular package — and the original. After the event, the painting returns to the studio for refinements, enhancements, and professional finishing before being delivered to your home within ten weeks. Best for couples who want a fully finished piece of fine art they can hang with confidence.
Masterpiece — from £1,350
Our premium offer. Everything in Signature, plus professional framing, a photo guest book, and an expanded canvas choice. Best for couples who want the most complete experience — the most memorable day and the most statement piece to show for it.
All packages are available as a 4-hour or 6-hour session, which can run as a drinks reception, an early evening slot, or split across both.

A note on the team
Emma leads and attends as many events as possible. For dates where she isn't available, your event is led by one of her small team of trusted artists — trained in Emmas approach and every bit as committed to the experience. You'll always know in advance who'll be with you on the day.

Artist's Service Terms▼
Important: These are the artist's service-specific terms. The platform's Terms & Conditions always take precedence.
Service known as MYME
Change / cancellation.
- - MYME's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid and MYME shall not be responsible for other consequential damages, emotional or otherwise.
- For the avoidance of doubt, liability is not limited for death or personal injury, or where otherwise prescribed by law.
- MYME shall maintain at all times public liability insurance for the sum of at least £5000000
- If the client chooses to cancel the event (or MYME cancels the event due to non-payment as above) they will be liable to pay compensation based on a percentage of the total fee depending on when the notice is received.
- 121 days plus, full refund
- 45 to 120 days 50% refund
- 0 to 44 days no refund
- *MYME reserves the right to amend these to a lesser amount under exceptional circumstances as reasoned by MYME.
- A cancellation must be verbal and in writing.
- If the client postpones the event at anytime MYME will not charge any extra as long as the client still want the services and it is within the boundaries of original terms. If MYME is unable to accommodate the new date or venue for any reason the client will lose its save the date payment.
- If the event is not able to be happen due to government guidelines we will postpone to a new suitable date at no extra cost. Should the client wish to not postpone but to cancel you will lose the save the date payment and be required to pay the above compensation based on when the cancellation occurs. If MYME is not able to accommodate the new date due to other commitments MYME will refund any payments made except the save the date fee. A schedule for this refund will be agreed between MYME and the client.
Weather and suitable location.
- Upon discussion with the client and its venue MYME will discuss multiple options for where the event will be conducted. In the event that weather plays a part in where we work.
- No refunds are available if the weather, venue or anything else beyond our control forbids us to do the event on the day.
Disclaimer
- The artist will do their best to ensure the client is happy with the piece however MYME cannot guarantee this due to personal taste. By signing this as the client you are showing you understand this.
- MYME provides aprons and gloves for the guests to wear to help protect their clothes, however all painting is done at their own risk and MYME take no responsibility for damages due to paint.
Guest Control
- A maximum of only 4 guests are allowed to paint at once.
- Guests must not play with the equipment, paint or use the paint on anything else other than the canvas.
- Children will only be able to paint if under supervision from a responsible adult.
- Guests must not paint rude or obscene things or the artist will paint over ASAP and request they do not carry on painting.
- MYME will not tolerate verbally or physically abusive behaviour of the client or guests at the event. If the client is unable to control the conduct of their guests resulting in an unacceptable degree of misconduct, or if the conduct or any of the guests damages the equipment or artwork it will result in the early or immediate departure of the artist and the artwork. The client understands in such an event no refunds will be granted.
- MYME retains the copyright of the artwork completed. The artwork must not be reproduced without the permission of MYME. When MYME does give permission for a third party or vendor to use the images for said vendors advertising purposes, full credit must be given to MYME.
- MYME takes the upmost care with transporting the artwork. However in the unlikely event of damage to the work (beyond repair) in transport, or the work has been lost or stolen MYME liability is limited to the return of 80% of all payments received for the event package. Depending on the clients location for the delivery of the artwork a courier will be used. If this is agreed the painting will be packaged securely and insured upon delivery.
