My style merges traditional artistry with modern impressionism: precise where it matters, painterly and alive everywhere else. Rather than simply preserving a memory, each piece is cultivated into a work of art that stands on its own infused with life, intention, and voice, not just likeness.
How It Works
Step 1: Reserving your date
Before you book, I’ll send you a personalized form to tailor your experience, along with my agreement, so you know exactly what to expect. Once you’re happy, your date is secured with your deposit through the platform.
Step 2: Coordination
I coordinate directly with your wedding planner, so every detail flows seamlessly on the day.
Step 3: On the day
I photograph your chosen moment and paint throughout your wedding day, capturing the beauty and emotion of the celebration as it happens.
Step 4: Delivery
Within 2–4 weeks, your painting is delivered, elegantly finished, professionally varnished and, if you choose, framed, ready to adorn your space.

Cancellation & Refund Policy▼
A minimum 25% deposit is required to secure your date and is non-refundable. If your wedding is cancelled, any remaining balance paid will be refunded according to how much notice is given before your event date. If your wedding is postponed rather than cancelled, we're happy to work with you to move your painting to the new date, subject to availability.
If flights have already been booked for your event, the cost of those flights will be deducted from any deposit refund.

TheWeddingPainters is a booking platform – we help you and your artist keep the booking and payments clearly recorded. If payments happen privately, they won't appear in our system and it may limit how much we can assist if anything needs to be checked later.
If you ever feel unsure or pressured, please contact us and we'll take a look.
Will I lose any protection if I pay outside TheWeddingPainters?
If you pay your artist directly (for example by separate bank transfer, PayPal or cash), those payments won't show in your TheWeddingPainters booking record.
That means:
- We can't see what was paid, when, or on what terms
- It can be harder for us to help if there's a disagreement about what was included, what's still owed, or whether a refund is due
For that reason, we strongly recommend keeping all payments for your booking within TheWeddingPainters, where we process payments on your artist's behalf and keep a clear record for both of you.
