I want people to feel something when they stand in front of one of my paintings: nostalgia, joy, romance, or simply a sense of connection. That’s what I bring to your wedding day: a painting created live as your celebration unfolds, made to bring you straight back to how it felt every time you pass it in your home.
Working exclusively in acrylics, my style is expressive, romantic, and colorful, with a focus on preserving the personality and emotion of the moment rather than painting a strict likeness. Whether it's your first kiss, your ceremony, or a quiet moment between the two of you, my goal is for the finished piece to feel both beautiful and deeply personal — a piece that invites you to slow down and remember exactly how the day felt.
How It Works
Step 1: Your consultation (before the day)
We'll talk through the moment you want captured, the overall feel of the painting, orientation, colors, and the details that matter most to you — including the best setup location so I can paint comfortably without taking away from your celebration.
Step 2: On the day (setup)
I typically arrive 2–3 hours before your guests to set up and begin building the background of your painting.
Step 3: Capturing your moment + painting live
Once your celebration begins, I photograph and observe the moments around me so I can bring the most important details into the finished piece. I usually paint throughout the reception for around 4–6 hours (or more depending on your package), allowing your guests to watch the painting come to life, ask questions, and enjoy the experience.
Step 4: Studio refinement
After your wedding, the painting comes back to my studio, where I spend additional time refining the details and adding finishing touches to make sure the final piece feels complete and intentional.
Step 5: Varnish + delivery
Once finished, your painting is varnished and prepared to be displayed in your home — a piece of your wedding day you get to keep long after the flowers have dried and the last song has played.

Every package is an expressive, colorful acrylic painting, begun live at your wedding and refined in my studio. As the canvas grows, so does the room for your setting, and the time I spend bringing it to life.
The Signature keeps the composition intimate, with the focus beautifully centered on the two of you.
The Grande gives a little more room for your setting, while keeping the two of you at the heart of the painting.
The Estate brings in more of your venue, florals and scenery around you, with extensive studio refinement to do every detail justice.
The Heirloom is a larger, more immersive composition, where the two of you and the atmosphere of your celebration share the spotlight.

Cancellation & Refund Policy▼
A minimum 25% deposit is required to secure your date and is non-refundable. If your wedding is cancelled, any remaining balance paid will be refunded according to how much notice is given before your event date. If your wedding is postponed rather than cancelled, we're happy to work with you to move your painting to the new date, subject to availability.
If flights have already been booked for your event, the cost of those flights will be deducted from any deposit refund.

Keeping everything on-platform is what lets us actually protect your wedding day, not just process it.
What should I do if my artist asks me to pay them directly (bank transfer, PayPal, etc.)?
TheWeddingPainters is a booking platform – we help you and your artist keep the booking and payments clearly recorded. If payments happen privately, they won't appear in our system and it may limit how much we can assist if anything needs to be checked later.
If you ever feel unsure or pressured, please contact us and we'll take a look.
Will I lose any protection if I pay outside TheWeddingPainters?
If you pay your artist directly (for example by separate bank transfer, PayPal or cash), those payments won't show in your TheWeddingPainters booking record.
That means:
- We can't see what was paid, when, or on what terms
- It can be harder for us to help if there's a disagreement about what was included, what's still owed, or whether a refund is due
For that reason, we strongly recommend keeping all payments for your booking within TheWeddingPainters, where we process payments on your artist's behalf and keep a clear record for both of you.
