Your guests will leave talking about the illustrations. Whether it's recognising themselves in a detailed watercolour portrait, watching their outfit captured in a fashion-inspired sketch, or seeing the whole table crowded around a collection of finished pieces — it becomes one of those moments people reference long after the wedding.

I'm a Manchester-based illustrator with a background in fashion and design, and I offer three distinct styles for weddings — because not every couple wants the same thing, and not every wedding calls for the same approach. That choice is where we start.

Choose your style

Detailed watercolour portraits

Faces, features, and outfits captured with care and precision. The most personalised option — each guest leaves with something that genuinely looks like them. Best suited to more intimate weddings where detail and quality per illustration matter most.

Caricature style

Faster, more expressive, full of personality. Captures the essence and spirit of a guest rather than an exact likeness — brilliant for larger weddings where coverage and entertainment are the priority.

Fashion illustration style

Inspired by my fashion design background, these are watercolour illustrations focused on outfits and elegance rather than faces — something more editorial, more artistic, and unlike anything guests will have seen at a wedding before. A beautiful fit for fashion-forward couples and larger guest counts.

How it works

Step 1 — Planning your coverage

Once booked, we'll confirm which style suits your day, your guest count, and any priorities — bridal party, immediate family, anyone you'd especially like included.

Step 2 — Arrival and set-up

I arrive around 30 minutes before guests to get set up in the main wedding room. All I need is a table, a chair, good lighting, and a plug socket nearby. Worth letting your venue know I'll be there as one of your wedding suppliers.

Step 3 — Bridal party first

I'll ask for your priority list in advance. Your bridal party is illustrated first — after that it's open to all guests throughout the reception.

Step 4 — Quick photos, no waiting

As guests come over, I take a quick reference photo so they can get straight back to the celebration. Each illustration takes between three and ten minutes depending on style and whether it's a single or a pair — and I can fit up to four people into one illustration for family groups.

Step 5 — Collection and keepsakes

Finished illustrations are displayed on the table for guests to browse and collect throughout the evening, each one in a transparent protective sleeve. Any not finished on the day are completed in the studio and posted out.

Step 6 — Your couple's portrait

Every package includes a dedicated A4 portrait of the two of you — painted at the wedding or completed in the studio and delivered within two to six weeks.

A personal touch

I can add custom wording to each illustration — guest names, your wedding date, the venue, a love quote, or decorative borders themed to your day. If you'd like something specific, mention it when you enquire and we'll build it into the design.

Packages

All packages include live guest illustrations in your chosen style, a couple's A4 portrait, all materials, and protective sleeves.

30–40 guests — £550 (~2–3 hours)

50–60 guests — £650 (~3–4 hours)

70–80 guests — £750 (~4–7 hours)

For weddings over 70 guests, I bring a professional assistant on the day to ensure quality and coverage throughout.

For larger weddings, remaining illustrations are completed in my studio and posted directly to you:

80–100 guests — £950

100–120 guests — £1,100

120–140 guests — £1,300

140–200 guests — £1,550
