Forever Captured: Personalised Live Guest Illustrations

Live guest illustration is a brilliant way to give your guests something genuinely personal to take home, a one-of-a-kind portrait created during your wedding, as part of the entertainment.

On the day, I’ll set up a comfortable portrait station and create individual guest portraits from photos taken at the table. Guests can dip in, enjoy the experience, then collect their finished artwork and keep it as a lasting reminder of your celebration.

So how does it work?

Step 1: Creative consultation

Before the wedding, we’ll have a consultation to pin down your vision chatting about your preferred medium, any styles you like, the atmosphere you want, and how you’d like the portrait station to fit into the flow of your day.

Step 2: Live portraits during your event

On the day, guests come over to the portrait station, have their photo taken, and I create their portrait live (typically 10–15 minutes per guest). It’s relaxed, interactive, and makes a lovely talking point throughout the celebration.

Step 3: Collection + any studio finishes

Most portraits are collected on the day. If any are unfinished, I’ll complete them within 1–2 weeks and we can arrange delivery or collection.

Packages & pricing

Half day — £400 (minimum booking)

Full day — £700

Travel costs and materials (usually around £25) are added on top.

Optional add-ons

A larger commemorative piece featuring the couple (or key family members), created during quieter moments between guest portraits (additional charge).

Digital copies of guest portraits (great for albums or socials) available for an additional charge.

Setup requirements

All I need is a quiet, well-lit area (natural light is ideal) with space for 2–3 chairs and my easel. We’ll decide the best spot during the consultation so it complements your venue and doesn’t interrupt the day.
