Breathtaking wedding portraits, commissioned to become heirlooms.
I am a professional portrait artist with 25+ years’ experience creating wedding portraits for hundreds of couples. A painting can capture presence, emotion and character in a way a photograph cannot—something to live with, hand down, and remember.
How a commission works
We keep the process simple and unobtrusive. On your wedding day—or at a time that suits you— I’ll work with a professional photographer to create a set of reference photographs at a location of your choice, in your wedding attire. Alternatively some couples share their favourite wedding photographs, which I then use as my primary references. From these references I craft your painting in oils and/or acrylics, building light, colour and texture into a work with lasting elegance. Most commissions take 4–6 weeks to complete. When your portrait is ready, it can be professionally framed and delivered by courier to the address you choose.
Discretion & pedigree
My work is held by clients in sport, film, business and royalty (identities and images withheld for confidentiality). Notable commissions include 10 illustrations for Nestlé’s Quality Street 75th Anniversary tin, and the cover painting for Take That’s Never Forget – The Ultimate Collection (2005), which has sold over 2.1 million copies in the UK.
