Romantic, Storytelling Live Wedding Painting by Krystyna

Live wedding painting is more than a portrait, it’s a storytelling experience happening in real time.

With a background in architecture, I blend careful detail with heartfelt emotion to capture the most intimate, romantic moments as they unfold. While your photographer documents the day, I create a one-of-a-kind artwork that preserves the feeling of it — and becomes a beautiful piece of entertainment for your guests to enjoy throughout the celebration.

You’ll watch the scene build from the first brushstrokes to the final reveal — a keepsake you’ll treasure long after the music ends.

So how does it work?

Step 1: Your Pre-Event Consultation (around 1 month before)

We’ll have a relaxed phone consultation to choose the moment you’d love captured (ceremony, first dance, entrance, reception portrait, etc.), and plan the overall style, colours, and composition.

Step 2: I Arrive Early + Set the Scene

On the day, I arrive 2–3 hours before your chosen moment to set up, sketch the scene, and begin painting the background so everything is ready when the magic happens.

Step 3: Live Painting During Your Celebration

I paint for around 6 hours on-site, building the couple, atmosphere, and venue details while guests stop by to watch and chat.

Step 4: The Grand Reveal

No matter which package you choose, we finish with a celebratory grand reveal — either on stage or in a spot you choose — so you can see your day captured on canvas together.

Step 5: Optional Studio Refinement (if included / needed)

If you choose a package with studio time, I’ll take the canvas back and refine details after the wedding, then deliver it to you in the following weeks.

Bronze — Painting completed on site (6 hours)

Main differences (Bronze vs Silver vs Platinum)

• Bronze: 6 hours live painting, background started ~2 hours before the chosen moment, and the painting is finished on-site (newlyweds + venue elements).
• Silver: Same live painting, but includes 3 extra studio days (24 hours) to refine and add more detail, and can include up to 3 additional loved ones in the scene.
• Platinum: Same live painting, but includes 6 extra studio days (48 hours) for the highest refinement/detail, and can include up to 6 additional loved ones in the scene.

Travel is charged by mileage band from RM11, London:

• Within 15 miles: £50
• 16–50 miles: £75
• 51–100 miles: £99
• 101–200 miles: £180
• 201–300 miles: £285
• Overnight accommodation may be added for commutes over 120 miles (as discussed).
