Memorable Wedding Guest Illustrations by Roxana

If you want something your guests will actually keep (and talk about all night), live guest illustrations are the perfect mix of premium entertainment + meaningful wedding favour.

I’m Roxana, a wedding artist based in Manchester, with 15 years’ experience in illustration, painting, and fashion design. During your reception, I’ll create beautiful A5 watercolour guest portraits (singles or pairs), capturing outfits, personality, and those joyful little moments, live, as your celebration unfolds.

Each guest leaves with a one-of-a-kind illustration as a keepsake, and you get that lovely “wow” moment of seeing art created in real time.

So how does it work?

Step 1: Set-up

I arrive at the time agreed and set up at a table provided by you/the venue. The key is placing me in the main wedding room so guests can easily find me.

Step 2: Photos + live illustration

Guests come over, I take their photo, and I illustrate them throughout the ceremony/reception. Each illustration typically takes 5–10 minutes, and on average I can capture around 6–8 guests per hour (depending on detail and singles vs pairs).

Step 3: Priority list first

Your bridal party is prioritised (I’ll request a list in advance). After that, it’s first-come, first-served — with any special requests you’d like included.

Step 4: Collection table

Finished illustrations are displayed on the table so guests can admire them, then take them home as they leave (or you can keep them — totally up to you). If any aren’t finished on the day, I’ll complete them in the studio and post them out.

Small wedding parties will have more in detailed illustrations

• 80-100 guests (40-50 couples) £950
• 100-120 guests (50-60 couples) £1100
• 120 - 140 guests (60-70 couples) £1300
• 140-200 guests (70-80 couples) £1550 

From 70 guests package i will bring an assistant on the day

What’s Included

• Live guest illustrations during your wedding
• A4 couple’s portrait of the bride & groom (painted at the wedding or finished in my studio and sent within 2–6 weeks)
• All materials included (markers & watercolours, or digital)
• Transparent foil sleeves for guest illustrations (for safekeeping)

Travel

• Based in Manchester and available to travel up to 1 hour outside
• If travel goes over 1.5 hours, mileage is charged at 50p per mile

What I need from you

• A table + 1 chair in the main wedding room
• Good lighting + access to a plug
• Enough time to set up before guests arrive
• Please ensure the venue knows I’m one of your wedding vendors
