Guest Illustrations + Illustrated Place Settings by Michelle

If you want wedding details that feel personal (and guests actually keep), I offer two beautiful options and you can choose either, or combine both for a really memorable guest experience:

1. Live Guest Illustrations on the day (entertainment + favours)
2. Illustrated Place Settings created in advance (a stunning seating detail that doubles as a keepsake)

Both are designed to make guests feel seen, celebrated, and part of something special.

Option 1: Live Guest Illustrations (painted at your wedding)

How it works

Step 1: Set-up (30 minutes before guests arrive)

I arrive around 30 minutes before guest arrival to set up. All I need is a table and a little space to draw.

Step 2: Quick photos, so guests don’t queue

When guests arrive, I take quick photos and work from those, so they can get straight back to enjoying the day.

Step 3: Live sketching + packaging

I sketch throughout the event, then each illustration is glittered and packaged in protective film for guests to collect on the same day.

What guests receive

• A6 illustrated portrait (keepsake favour)
• Created with ink pens, watercolour pens, glitter, on 220gsm mixed media paper

Speed / coverage guide

I typically sketch 8–10 guests per hour, so the number of hours you choose will depend on your guest count.

Live Illustration Packages

• Enchanted — £350 (4 hours | 30–40 guests)
• Captivated — £450 (5 hours | 40–50 guests)
• Bejewelled — £550 (6 hours | 50–60 guests)

Larger weddings: If you have more guests, you can book live sketching for your chosen hours, and I can complete the remaining portraits after the wedding in studio time and post them to you to give out later (this is discounted and tailored — enquire for details).

Option 2: Illustrated Guest Place Settings (made before your wedding)

One of my most popular options — perfect if you want a premium seating detail that also acts as a personal favour.

How it works

• You send guest photos in advance
• I draw each guest and post them to you in time for your event
• Names can be added (or left blank)

Details

• Size: 12.5 cm high × 0.5 cm wide
• Materials: ink + watercolour pens on off-white/cream quality watercolour paper
• Stands not included (illustrations only)

Pricing

• £5 per illustration
• £3.50 per person for the complete order (£8.50 total pp)
• (Stands not included.)

Travel

I’m based in Blackpool, Lancashire. If your venue is a significant distance, a travel surcharge of 50p per mile may apply.
