Creating Your Vision
Live guest illustration is a wonderful way to give your wedding guests a personal keepsake from your special day. During your event, I’ll set up a comfortable portrait station where guests can sit for quick 10-15 minute sessions while I create beautiful individual portraits for them to take home.
In order to create the perfect guest portrait experience, I like to have as good a sense of your vision as I possibly can, so the first step is a creative consultation. Here we get to brainstorm, share ideas and really pin down what you’re looking for. You can share your preferred medium, painting styles that you like, the atmosphere you want to create, and how you’d like the portrait station to integrate with your celebration. You may not have something specific in mind, and this consultation can really help figure out what would work best for your event.
On your wedding day, the magic happens as I create personalized portraits for your guests using professional-quality materials in your medium of choice. Each guest receives their own unique artwork as a memorable takeaway from your celebration.
Completion Time & Delivery
Since these are live illustrations created during your event, guests receive their portraits immediately or shortly after their sitting. For any portraits that are unfinished on the day, I typically complete them within 1-2 weeks and can arrange delivery or collection.
Sizes & Pricing
Live guest illustration is priced per half day, with package options available:
- Half day: £400
- Full day: £700
- Minimum booking: £400
Additional Services
To enhance the experience, I can also create a larger commemorative piece featuring the couple or key family members during downtime between guest sittings, for an additional charge.
Digital & Print Options
If you’d like digital copies of the guest portraits for your wedding album or social media, I can provide high-quality digital files for an additional charge.
Setup Requirements
I’ll need a quiet, well-lit area (natural light preferred) with space for 2-3 chairs and my easel. I’m happy to discuss the best location during our consultation to ensure the portrait station complements your venue and celebration flow.

Cancellation & Refund Policy▼
Cancellation / Refund / Exchange Policy
Cancellations must be made 1 month prior to the agreed start date in order to receive a full refund, otherwise a fee of 30% will be incurred. If you are unhappy with your painting, you will have the option to return the painting and receive a full refund.

Shipping Policy
The completed painting will be carefully packaged and can be collected in person, hand-delivered (within reasonable distance) for an agreed fee, or posted with insurance.
