Description
A live wedding painting is the perfect mix of guest entertainment and a forever keepsake. I paint your wedding day live in acrylics (for faster drying), focusing on you as a couple while your guests watch the artwork come to life in real time.
Based in Manchester with 15 years’ experience across illustration and painting, I create a timeless piece you’ll be proud to hang in your home which will serve as a daily reminder of the feeling of your day, not just how it looked.
So how does it work?
Step 1: Video consultation
After booking, we schedule a video consultation about a month before your wedding to confirm your timeline, venue details, and the scene you’d love painted.
Step 2: Live painting on the day
During the event, I sketch and paint on-site. I’ll also do a short 10-minute photo session + video clips with you as references to capture details beautifully.
Step 3: A special reveal
Guests enjoy watching the painting unfold throughout the day, and you’ll get a special reveal before the cake cutting.
Step 4: Studio refinements (if needed) + delivery
If you choose a detailing package, I’ll complete any refinements in the studio. Your finished, varnished piece is delivered within 5–6 weeks after your wedding.

Travel
- Based in Manchester (available across the UK and abroad)
- First 30 miles free
- After 30 miles: 50p per mile
- If your venue is over 1.5 hours away, only Refined & Exquisite packages are available
- For international bookings, flights & accommodation must be provided
What I need from you (simple setup)
- A table + 1 chair in the main wedding room (so guests know I’m there)
- Good lighting + access to a plug
- Please ensure the venue knows I’m one of your wedding vendors
- At least 30 minutes to set up (this is separate from painting time)

Cancellation & Refund Policy▼
Your deposit is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., serious illness/medical emergency, bereavement, severe accident, or other genuinely unforeseeable events outside your control). Supporting documentation may be requested.
If you need to reschedule, I’m happy to transfer your deposit to a new date with at least 1 month’s written notice, subject to availability.
If I ever need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, emergency, severe weather, or anything that would impact the quality of the illustrations), you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
