Live guest sketching is a beautiful way to entertain your guests and give them a meaningful keepsake they’ll actually want to take home.

Throughout your celebration, I create quick, personality-filled sketches of your guests in real time — capturing those little candid moments on paper as they happen. It becomes part of the atmosphere: guests gather, watch the artwork come to life, and leave with a one-of-a-kind portrait as a wedding favour.

So how does it work?

Step 1: Set-up (30 minutes before guest arrival)

I’ll arrive around 30 minutes before guests arrive to set up my sketching table and materials, so I’m ready from the moment people begin coming in.

Step 2: Live sketching begins

As guests arrive, I’ll start sketching right away. Each portrait typically takes 5–10 minutes per person, depending on outfit detail and whether it’s an individual or group.

Step 3: The sketching queue

While the event is happening, I’ll take reference photos (and short videos) of guests and place them into a sketching queue, so I can keep sketching smoothly even when people are mingling or away from the table.

Step 4: Priority guest list (optional)

If there are certain guests you definitely want included — parents, grandparents, bridal party, etc. — you can send me a shortlist in advance.

Planning tip: allocate 10 minutes per person when deciding your “must-sketch” list.

Step 5: Guests take them home

By the end of the event, guests can collect their finished sketches from my collection table and take home a keepsake to treasure.

4 Hours — £620

• Best for: smaller receptions / drinks hour + early mingling
• Rough capacity: ~30 guests (varies by group sketches + detail)

5 Hours — £720

• Best for: drinks reception + part of the meal / evening
• Rough capacity: ~35–40 guests

6 Hours — £820

• Best for: steady coverage across the main flow of the day
• Rough capacity: ~45 guests

7 Hours — £999

• Best for: larger weddings or a strong “guest favour” focus
• Rough capacity: ~50–55 guests

8 Hours — £1,200

• Best for: maximum coverage + biggest guest favour impact
• Rough capacity: ~60 guests (her benchmark)
