<p><strong>Thank you for your interest</strong></p><p>Guest portraits are more than a moment of entertainment. My hand painted guest portraits will convey the joy, emotion and celebration so your guests will remember your wedding - a favour to cherish and not discard. Such is my passion for painting beautiful guest portraits I offer a tailored service to ensure your favours provide the “wow” factor” to you and your guest on the day. </p><p>All my portraits are presented on high quality 100% cotton paper by Arches using artist grade watercolour paints - no felts here! Watercolours are renowned for its light, bright, and translucent qualities. The vibrant but soft nature of watercolours captivates the viewer’s eye in ways that are much different from other mediums and provides a natural and warm depiction of the guests.</p><p>All my guest portraits are presented with a mount for presentation and plastic sleeve for safe keeping with your own personalised wedding stamp with your names and date of wedding. </p><p>The package also includes <strong>a larger A4 guest portrait of the newlyweds completed after the wedding</strong></p><p>Please be sure to look at examples of my work which will show you how I bring these outcomes to life.</p><p><strong><u>How It Works </u></strong></p><p><u>Consultation </u></p><p>Please message me to see if your date is available and we can then arrange a quick call by phone or video call to discuss the logistics and plans for your wedding day including number of guests and whether you would like a priority guest list to ensure certain guests are captured e.g. parents, grandparents etc. I recommend that you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment</p><p><u>Set-up</u></p><p>I will arrive 1 hour before guests arrive to set up my beautiful traditional easel and equipment (see my pictures), so everything is ready at the start of everyone's arrival. My easel allows me to be position anywhere at your wedding so I'm well positioned amongst your guests. No table or chairs are required from the venue and I have my own electricity and lighting so I can even set up outside if the weather is good.</p><p><u>Live illustrations/portraits begin</u></p><p>As guest arrives I will engage and take a reference photo so they can continue to mingling with other guests and return to collect their portrait at their convenience. Each portrait takes around 10 minutes per couple depending on the outfit and detail. If there are certain guests you want to include e.g. in-laws then you can send me a shortlist of names in advance.</p><p><u>Collection and take home </u></p><p>By the end of the wedding, guests can collect their finished watercolour portraits and take home as memorable keepsakes. All my portraits are present in a frame mount in a plastic sleeve for safe keeping with your own personalised wedding stamp </p><p><strong><u>Packages & Pricing </u></strong></p><p>I offer two A5 size packages (please note A5 is half the size of an A4 piece of paper):</p><ul><li>Half day - 4 hours for <strong>£549</strong> (around 30 guests)</li><li>Full day - 8 hours for <strong>£999 </strong>(around 70 guests)</li></ul><p>However if you have more or less guest and would like a different duration please message me for a tailored quote.</p><p><strong>Both packages includes:</strong></p><ul><li>full consultation to discuss your preferences and logistics;</li><li>professional watercolour and ink guest portraits;</li><li>100% Arches 300 GSM cotton paper;</li><li>personal stamp of couple's name and date of the wedding;</li><li>live guest painting and interacting with guests and</li><li>frame mount in a plastic sleeve.</li><li><strong>PLUS an A4 portrait of the newlyweds, completed after the wedding</strong></li></ul><p><strong><u>Additional travel costs</u></strong></p><ul><li>Under 50 miles from London is free and any additional miles is calculated at £0.45/mile</li><li>1 night accommodation cost is added if the travel to the venue exceeds 1.5 hours</li><li>2 night accommodation cost added if travel to the venue exceeds 3 hours (this is to ensure safe travel to and from the venue)</li></ul><p> However I will work all this out for you so you are clear on the prices as depending on the times of your wedding these costs may not be necessary</p><p><strong><u>Next Steps</u></strong></p><p> Message me for more information or to arrange a quick call as the first step to create your dream painting.</p><p> Thank you</p><p>Patrick</p>
