Live guest illustration is a beautifully elevated way to delight your guests: a styled illustration station becomes part of the day, and each guest leaves with a hand-painted artwork they’ll genuinely treasure.
Every piece I make is created with intention and an uncompromising attention to detail, designed to feel elegant, personal, and timeless.
The experience
1) Enquiry
Reach out with your date and the package you’re interested in. Each enquiry is reviewed carefully to confirm availability and ensure I'm the best fit.
2) Vision & planning (guided, collaborative)
Once availability is confirmed, we’ll talk through your vision together; the look you love, the guest experience you want, and how the illustration station will sit naturally within your wedding timeline so everything feels exactly as you imagined.
3) Confirmation
You’ll receive clear guidance on next steps and what’s needed ahead of the day, keeping everything calm, considered, and easy.
4) Live illustration at your wedding
Guests are illustrated throughout your celebration, with artworks created in the signature style and presented as keepsakes.
5) Delivery-ready keepsakes
Each guest artwork is packaged in a protective sleeve, ready to be taken home and kept.

Cancellation & Refund Policy▼
Refund Policy
Because all artwork and services are made-to-order:
- Deposits: Deposits secure your date and begin the design process, so they are non-refundable.
- Custom artwork: Once artwork has been created/delivered, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Payments: Remaining balance is due by the agreed deadline. Late or incomplete payment may delay delivery or result in cancellation (deposit retained).
Client cancellations:
- If you cancel before work begins, any payments above the deposit may be refunded.
- If you cancel after work has started, no refunds are issued.
- If we cancel: If we are unable to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive a full refund of all payments, including the deposit.
- Delays: No refunds for delays caused by late responses, missing information, or changes to the brief. If a significant delay is caused by us, we’ll communicate promptly and agree a fair resolution.
- Digital files & printing: Once final digital files are delivered, the order is complete and no refunds apply. Printing is the client’s responsibility; we can’t refund third-party printing errors.

Important: These are the artist's service-specific terms. The platform's Terms & Conditions always take precedence.
Terms & Conditions
- Services: Bespoke wedding illustration and design services created from client references and an agreed brief.
- Booking & payment: A deposit secures your booking and starts work. The remaining balance is due by the agreed deadline and before final delivery.
- Refunds & cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Completed custom artwork is non-refundable. Client cancellations after work starts aren’t eligible for refunds. If we cannot complete your project due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll issue a full refund.
- Revisions: Each package includes a limited number of revisions. Requests must be made within the agreed timeframe. Extra revisions may be charged. Major brief changes may be treated as a new order.
- Client responsibilities: Provide accurate references, respond promptly, and review during revisions. Delays caused by late responses/incomplete info may affect timelines.
- Turnaround: Timeframes are estimates and depend on workload and client responsiveness. Rush orders may be possible for a fee.
- Copyright & usage: Copyright remains with the artist. Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license. No resale/commercial use/alteration without written permission. Artwork may be shown in portfolio/website/socials unless the client opts out in writing.
- Digital delivery & printing: Final artwork is delivered digitally unless agreed otherwise. We aren’t responsible for third-party printing quality. Once final files are delivered, the order is considered complete.
- Liability: Liability is limited to the amount paid.
- Privacy: Client data is used only for delivering the service and communication.
- Updates & law: Terms may be updated for future bookings only and are governed by applicable local laws.
