To begin receiving bookings, first a listing must be created. Simply fill out this form, and our team will review the information and create your listing for you. Once completed, you’ll be ready for bookings!



The Perfect Listing

As part of our service to both artists and couples we would like to provide a guide on what to include for the perfect listing, so that you have the highest chance of securing a booking! This gives you a clear view of how to improve your listing, but also standardises each listing making the booking process smoother and hassle free for each customer. 

The perfect listing will include:

  • About section: Allowing couples to connect on a personal level builds trust right fro the start.
  • Package name: This should be as enticing as possible!
  • Instagram link: Adding this gives couples an insight into your unbelievable talent by providing more examples for them to look at.
  • Lots of artwork examples: The more wedding artwork examples you display the better your chances of securing a booking! Typically the best performing listings include 5 or more different examples.
  • Painting video: By providing a video you are allowing potential customers to see the magic you produce unfold, allowing them to become fully immersed in the experience.
  • Price range: For example; £1000-£1200 lets customers know what to expect.
  • Description: Make this as detailed as possible explaining what you will provide, what you will capture, how the day will plan out and what they should expect. This is most likely a new concept to couples, so this allows them to step into your creative world.
  • How long you will you paint for: Giving couples a breakdown allows them to factor this into their already busy wedding schedule!
  • What materials you will use: If you are skilled enough to offer multiple artistic mediums then let couples know! This only increases your versatility.
  • Travel costs: If these are not included in the price then please state them.
  • Additional extras: Offering things such as framing, prints or guest portraits is a great way to add even more value to your couples special day!
  • Reviews: The more reviews you have from couples, the better. People want to see first hand the joy and excitement you bring, and reviews are the best way to do this!

 

This will ensure you have all the information necessary to have the perfect listing, ensuring you have the highest chance of securing a booking. Without including all of these into your listing, your listing may not perform to its highest potential.

To add images to listings navigate to ‘Your listings’ > Click on a listing > to the right you can use the + symbol to add more examples.
