Description
If you’re looking to add an artistic, personal touch to your wedding invitations, thank-you cards, or similar stationery, this package is designed to turn a favourite photo into a timeless piece of artwork you can share with everyone you love.
I’ll work from a photo of the two of you (for example, a proposal photo for invitations, or a wedding-day photo for thank-you cards) to create a finished couple portrait (either digital or non-digital) that captures the love, joy, and emotion of the moment. From there, we’ll work together to design beautiful cards in your chosen style, incorporating the portrait so your stationery feels completely unique to you.
As an optional extra, I can also create a drawing timelapse video showing the portrait coming to life, and edit it to a song of your choosing (a lovely option if you want something special to share with friends and family or to set to your first dance song).
So how does it work?
Step 1: Choose your photo + card type
You send over your favourite photo of the two of you, and tell me what you’re creating (invitations, thank-you cards, or similar), plus the general look you love.
Step 2: Your portrait is created
I’ll create your couple portrait from the photo, keeping it timeless and true to the emotion of the moment.
Step 3: Card design in your chosen style
We’ll shape the final card layout together; styling, placement, and overall feel, with the portrait as the centrepiece.
Step 4: Optional timelapse video
If you’d like it, I’ll provide a timelapse of the portrait being drawn and can set it to a song of your choice.
Step 5: Delivery
- Digital artwork/cards are sent to you via email.
- Non-digital artwork is posted to you.
- If you’d like the digital artwork printed, I can arrange printing and shipping for you too.
Turnaround time
I aim to complete the portrait + card design within 10 working days.
What’s included

- Collaborative card design in your chosen style (invitations / thank-you cards / similar)
- Digital delivery via email, or posted delivery for non-digital pieces
- Optional add-on: drawing timelapse video, edited to a song of your choice
- Optional: printing arranged for digital artwork (with shipping)
Extra note (for digital portraits): the final artwork is made to be printable up to 1 metre tall or 1 metre wide (depending on portrait/landscape format).

Commission Cancellation Policy▼
A deposit of 30% of the fee is to be paid before commencement of the drawing (at the time of the initial consultation) with the rest to be paid on completion - I'll share watermarked photos of the finished piece, then on receiving the full amount I will send the artwork to you. If the client cancels before the portrait has been started they will receive the full deposit. If not then they will not receive their deposit back.

- Prices do not include packaging and shipping costs.
- All portraits are drawn from photos sent by the customer
- Non-Digital portrait prices vary based on requested size.
- Ownership of Artwork: You retain ownership of any personal content (e.g., logos, images) that you submit to us for customization. However, once the artwork is created, the final design remains the property of HGT Studio unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Usage Rights: Upon payment and final approval, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the artwork on the purchased products. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the artwork beyond the products purchased unless a specific agreement is made.
- Website Content: All content on the website, including images, text, logos, and artwork, is owned by or licensed to HGT Studio and may not be used without permission.
