  • Each artist creates a listing to display their service to potential clients.
  • Clients search through each artist and choose one that best suits their needs.
  • The client then requests confirmation (if required by artists) for their chosen date by using the calendar section within an artists listing.
  • The artist then confirms the request and the client is taken to the payment page.
  • Once the client creates an account, agrees to our T&Cs and any additional T&Cs created by the artist the payment goes through to our payment provider; Stripe.
  • Stripe handles the security and data handling regarding any payments directed through TheWeddingPainters.com.
  • Once the payment has been accepted it is then held by TheWeddingPainters.com until two days after the agreed wedding date.
  • Two days after the wedding date the funds are released to the artists for withdrawal.
  • Any disputes must be made within these two days to recover any funds.
